Characteristics of Good Portal Framework

So what a good portal platform should provide you? Add new things and vote listed item on scale 0 (no need) to 10 (it will not be a portal platform if it does not have this)

Email Online help/documentation of portal platform
[F] Community Support, Lots of controls/add-ons available
Gift Compatibility/Option to host controls/add-ons of other platforms
Cool Admin interface to setup portal
Idea XML based configuration files for power administrators
[J] Rich Text Editor
[K] RSS Support
[L] Search Capability
[M] Import / Export
No Skinning Support
Time Have that X control (X = Blogs, Wiki, Forums, or some of your favourite)
[P] Email Notifications / Newsletters

A=10, B=10, C=10, D=5, E=5, F=5, G=5, H=0, I=10, J=5, K=5, L=5, M=5, N=5, O=5 / X=Wiki, P=10

Khurram, i guess you missed the gist. I think in this era of information overflow the top most factor is 'Usability'. Your cool features would be overlooked if you overlooked 'Usability'. You gotta make things simple, just like ..................Google :) You see your polling method is not usable so im opting not to vote:-) ( no offense, just kidding)....Among other factors my vote is same as yours.

Somethings should be more explainatory. Like i never see a portal framework which lacks the ability to extend but there are very few which have good application design so everyone can extend it without a great learning curve. So when you talk about *good* framework it means every feature should be *good*.
Most of the available frameworks have almost all the features you mention above except mobile support.
