Visual Studio 2008 - Debugging Solution with multiple Web Application Projects

I have a solution with multiple web application projects. On hitting F5 instead of launching "Development Web Server" only for the specified "Startup Project"; it launches for each web application project...its annoying and resource consuming :(

Waiting for someone to reply to this issue here!

I have a desktop app and few web apps in my solution, the solution is migrated from Visual Studio 2005...and all project's target framework is .NET 3.5. Now when I even try to debug the desktop app; the webdev.webserver starts for all the web projects.

Glitch is, that first time when i debug, the debugger within Visual Studio 2008 works fine, break points get hit and everything, but when I stop and re-debug (hitting F5 again) the Visual Studio reports that "Unable to start debugger"; however break points still get hit...the "stop button" dont work; and I have to either gracefully shut down my launched desktop app or in case of any errors; kill it from taskmanager...

I am now using Microsoft Powershell to kill all the webdev.webserver process after Visual Studio start debugging...doing so my each debug session (F5 / Play) works fine...its just that I have to kill all the webdev.webserver processes by using following Monad / Powershell command

PS D:\Windows\System32> get-process webdev.webserver | stop-process
