How can this world be so cruel!

Back after amazing holidays! Today I celebrated another extra off day. Weather was great during these holidays and I really enjoyed late night sittings with friends.

Back to the point, I mean how can be world so cruel: they never told me about WIKI! I kept thinking about it all night and when I got up in the morning, I started to browse sourceforge.net. Since my server only supports PHP/MySQL so I was looking for some PHP based solution. (Btw, anyone knows any local cheap, reliable ASP .NET hosting; a single MSSQL db would be lovely) After some effort, I successfully configured one and now I am one of the happy web server owners who are running WIKI.

Well, those people who do not know what is WIKI, by definition it is...

A wiki (pronounced "wicky" or "weeky" or "viki") is a website (or other hypertext document collection) that allows any user to add content, but also allows that content to be edited by any other user while keeping track of the different versions. In short, a Wiki is one of the most powerful tools for web-based collaborative editing.

I am running “Wikka Wakka Wiki“ and its amazingly simple, cool, quick to configure and use.

I, for sure, count today a great day in my learning history.

Soon I will place some outputs of my brain processing for public opinion.

btw, I think I post about my recent trip to Muree side. Here are the few photos. Do check them out... like always, I will wait for the comments :). Click here to view some nice photographs. Be careful, it may be cold out there :)

Thanks to Khurram for telling me about some .NET based solutions. Sorry, they don't work on my server :S
